UP Entertainment Employees UPlifting Others
Multiple groups of UP Entertainment employees have volunteered to help UPlift Someone in 2023. One group went to Ft. Myers, Florida to partner with All Hands and Hearts to assist in the disaster relief support efforts related to Hurricane Ian. They provided their hands and hearts to venture into crawl spaces, remove debris, demo walls, reconstruct wall framings, provide support and meal prep at base camp, and assist at a local food pantry.
In Atlanta, the home base of UP Entertainment, more employees volunteered at the Atlanta Community Food Bank’s Hunger Action Center. They sorted through donated goods, reallocated bags of cereal, and created distribution boxes of condiments and personal hygiene products. The boxes they packed with be distributed to local food pantries to support those in need. UP Entertainment employees packed 15,469 pounds to help create 12,890 meals.
